Yes. Every product on AEROVIPE is sourced from authorised suppliers. We carry genuine items from industry-leading brands including Stanley, Crescent, DeWalt, Milwaukee, Craftsman, and Klein Tools. We do not sell counterfeit or grey-market goods.

Do the tools come with a warranty?
Yes, all tools we carry are 100% genuine and come backed by their respective manufacturer warranties. Many of our premium hand tools, such as wrenches and screwdrivers, carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty. Check individual product specification sheets for details.
Do any tools require batteries?
Battery and charger requirements vary by product, especially for cordless power tools. Each product page lists whether it is a bare tool (tool only) or a kit that includes batteries and chargers. Hand tools do not require batteries.
Can I place a bulk or business order?
Absolutely. If you are purchasing tools for a workshop, vocational school, crew, or business, please contact our team with the list of items and quantities. We will do our best to accommodate bulk orders and provide custom quotes.
How long does shipping take?
Standard ground shipping takes 3–5 business days within the continental United States. Priority shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $99.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Defective or incorrect items qualify for a free replacement or full refund. See our Return Policy for full details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package. You can also log in to your account and view your order status under the Orders tab at any time.
I received a wrong or damaged item — what do I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at our support page or by emailing chaudharymuhammadtariq@aerovipellc.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
